Domestic Coverage

We process and fulfill shipments everywhere within mainland Singapore. We do not dispatch to restricted high-security zone addresses (e.g., military bases, Jurong Island, or specific airport cargo facilities).

Shipping Timelines

• Standard Local Delivery: 3 to 5 business days.
• Express Delivery Option: 1 to 2 business days.
• Please note: Dispatch timelines may be subject to minor delays during major commercial sale events or national public holidays.

Dispatch & Tracking

Upon confirmation, order handling takes 1 to 2 business days. A distinct consignment number along with a live tracking link will be emailed to your account the moment the parcel leaves our dispatch hub.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery directly to your door. If no recipient is available, the courier will make up to two additional re-delivery attempts. If still unsuccessful, the package will revert to our central facility at 20 Jln Tupai, Singapore 249147, and additional re-routing fees may apply.
