Eligibility Window
We accept standard item exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date your package was delivered.
Return Condition
To qualify for an exchange, items must remain completely unused, unwashed, and in the identical pristine condition you received them. Original product tags and packaging must remain intact.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For public safety and health reasons, certain items are completely exempt from voluntary exchanges:
- Hygiene-sensitive merchandise (e.g., undergarments, earrings, personal care tools).
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional gift card items.
Execution Process
